Description

The applications for the Fully Funded DAAD EPOS Scholarship 2026/27 are now open. The German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD) offers this scholarship for Master’s, MPhil, MBA, LLM, and Ph.D. degree programs at German state-recognized universities, and in exceptional cases, for doctoral degrees. The EPOS scholarship in Germany is one of the largest and most sought-after scholarships in Germany for international students, attracting a high number of applicants each year. The scholarship duration ranges from 1 to 3.5 years, and many prestigious universities participate in the program. The next intake for the EPOS scholarship will begin in 2026.

Requirements

  • Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree (usually a four-year course) in an appropriate subject
  • Candidates have at least two years of professional experience
  • Candidates can prove their motivation for a scholarship
  • Applicants from the following countries are eligible. Please check the list of eligible countries
  • The minimum requirement for IELTS is 6 bands. You can also check with the institute you’re applying to see if they require English proficiency proof
  • Completed and signed the checklist DAAD application
  • A curriculum vitae (Europass CV format)
  • One Letter of Motivation
  • Copies of your higher education degree certificates
  • Copy of your full set of transcripts of records.
